As an existential therapist, I support clients in exploring life’s profound questions—those of personal freedom, responsibility, meaning, and purpose. My work is grounded in the belief that we are inherently whole, but life’s challenges—like facing difficult decisions, navigating transitions, recovering from trauma, or struggling with anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem—can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and those around us.

My focus is on building a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, compassion, and non-judgment, where clients can feel empowered to heal, grow, and reconnect. I believe in our potential for joy, connection, and fulfillment, and that each of us possess an inner strength capable of facilitating growth and change. Embracing this strength means exploring all parts of who we are, including those that feel ashamed, unlovable, or as though we’re failing. Through a strong therapeutic relationship and the integration of mindfulness and IFS-informed parts work, we’ll work together to understand and accept these parts of you.

Often, these parts have a history—they’ve learned behaviors and emotional patterns that once served a purpose, even if they no longer do. By honoring them, we can relieve them of their roles and create new ways of being that align with your authentic self.

I also recognize that generational, cultural, environmental, and socio-political factors shape our lives and decisions, and I welcome discussions about these external realities alongside your inner world. This holistic approach allows us to understand how broader dynamics impact us and our experiences, helping us find pathways to deeper fulfillment.

Therapy isn’t about quick fixes but about meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re healing attachment wounds, deepening your self-awareness, or learning to navigate difficult emotions, my role is to support you in becoming your most authentic self and in strengthening your relationship with yourself and others.
