We all face times when life can be difficult, and as a parent it can be overwhelming when we are looking for ways to try to help and support our children. Jill is passionate about working with children, adolescents, families, and adults to help with any challenges that they may be facing. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, anger management, grief and loss, school issues, and addiction. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help children and adults explore their negative thoughts and them to work towards making positive outcomes through changing their thinking and perceptions to improve their lives. She has been a school counselor for the past 26 years, working with students and adults of all age levels, and she enjoys working with children and families through their life journeys with encouragement, presence, and hope.
