Hello! I am a depth-oriented, trauma-informed therapist. I specialize in helping people move through complex trauma by guiding you to live your life anew so you can reach your highest potential. As a depth-oriented therapist, we will not merely look at your symptoms, but will go underneath them, to the roots of the matter, so we can clear away any life patterns or obstacles that may be standing in your way of truly healing.
I am also adept at working with creatives, artists, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, women, emerging adults, and those facing quarter-life or midlife crises. My depth-oriented, trauma-informed style of care also incorporates mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and Expressive Writing/Arts Therapies.
When I am not serving clients, I enjoy reading, writing poetry, taking long walks, and spending time with my good friends and my chihuahua. I also teach psychology courses at The Community College of Philadelphia, and am working towards a doctoral degree in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.
Additionally, I hold an MS in Community & Trauma Counseling from Thomas Jefferson University, and an MFA in Writing & Poetics from Naropa University.
